
About the NGA Glass Conferences
The brightest technical minds behind the glass and glazing industry gather at the NGA Glass Conferences. The Glass Conferences provide the opportunity for the Forming, Fabricating and Advocacy Committees to meet and discuss open work items, new resource development, and trends and issues facing the industry. The fall 2025 meeting will be held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, from Monday, September 29th, to Thursday, October 2nd.
The following tiered sponsorship opportunities are available to share your brand in front of key decision-makers and industry innovators, as well as to support Glass Conference: Ann Arbor. Sponsorship opportunities are available for NGA members only. Sponsorships are as of February 20th, 2025 and subject to change.
The deadline for sponsorship commitments is August 29th, 2025.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Platinum Sponsorship will include the following:
- All items from the Silver Sponsorship
- Top billing on all signage
- Recognized as Presentation Sponsor for presentation decided between sponsor and NGA Staff
- Opportunity to make introduction of the NGA-Selected Speaker
- 50% off one attendee registration.
The Gold Sponsorship will include the following:
- All items from the Silver Sponsorship
- Higher billing on signage than the Silver Sponsorship
- Recognition as Hospitality Supporter at Reception
- Opportunity to distribute a giveaway at the reception, approved by NGA prior to the conference.
The Silver Sponsorship will include the following:
- Logo in conference program and signage, distributed to the approximately 100 attendees. The program will also be available online.
- Verbal recognition during the event
- Logo in interstitial slideshow
- Logo in at least 3 promotional e-blasts for the event, beginning upon contract receipt.
- These e-blasts are distributed to an audience of 4,200+
- Digital Sponsor Badge
- Sponsor Ribbons for all employees attending in-person
