NGA has been named a 2025 Best Place to Work in Virginia, where NGA headquarters is located.
Best Places to Work in Virginia is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group, which examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits and surveys employees for their perspective. Companies meeting specific criteria are recognized as a “Best Place to Work.”
To be eligible for the award program, companies must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in the state of Virginia; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Virginia; and be in business a minimum of one year. Companies are considered in three categories: small employer (15-99 employees), medium employer (100-249) and large employer (250 or more).
NGA has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Virginia in the Small Employer category.
NGA has also been named Best Nonprofit to Work For Two Years in a Row, and one of America's Best Workplaces in 2024.
