What are your company's keys to success?
- The playbook is simple: have product on the shelf backed by incredible customer service and always look out for the customer, both big and small. It’s a formula that many companies in this industry seem to have forgotten or abandoned.
- Be the one-stop-shop for glass and glazing professionals, providing everything they need to complete their projects on time and under budget. This includes the standard day-to-day consumables, but also designing and engineering new, innovative solutions that advance the industry and simplify installation processes for glaziers.
- Assembling a technical support team comprising the foremost subject matter experts in the architectural glazing systems sector to provide the highest level of service, support and consult to our customers.
- Treat our employees as family, not as numbers.
What’s something your company does that sets you apart from others, or that has been helpful to the way you do business or your bottom line?
Giving back to the industry. We go to great lengths to promote, advocate and advance industry education. We feel a sense of duty and responsibility to make this industry stronger through education, training and workforce development. We have an ongoing commitment to giving back to this incredible industry that’s provided for us. We hope to keep this industry and the trade thriving for generations to come. To date, we’ve donated over $1 million in grants to support glazier education. Talking the right talk isn’t enough, companies need to do the right thing. That’s what sets FHC apart, and we’re challenging the rest of the industry to step up.
