NGA is the voice of the industry and is able to create awareness of the need for a completely integrated shop floor – what others today are calling digitalization. With NGA at the helm, GPAD can soar to new heights.
For nearly two decades, I attended many trade shows with my employees at FeneTech and always enjoyed the camaraderie of the industry and being able to see so much in one place – machinery, consumables and software.
But we always felt that there was a disconnect. You could see all these things, but not easily discuss how to bring everything together to create large-scale efficiency gains on the manufacturing floor. There was no industry event that allowed focus on these discussions.
This is why FeneTech created GPAD. We wanted an event that talked about innovation, automation and integration all together in one place, at one time. A very important piece of this was an event that would have terrific social events so we could still enjoy the camaraderie that we felt at trade shows. We believe that business is personal, and networking is very important.
GPAD has gained traction and I felt it was time to make it even bigger and better. This is why we have handed the reigns over to the National Glass Association. NGA is the voice of the industry and is able to create awareness of the need for a completely integrated shop floor – what others today are calling digitalization.
With NGA at the helm, GPAD can soar to new heights. And as the Founding Partner, FeneTech will be working alongside NGA to help however we can.
The next GPAD will be in Nashville, March 29-30, 2022, and registration is open now. Learn more about the event.
