BEC Conference 2024 Tabletop Display Materials

The 2024 Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) Conference will be held March 3-5 at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Tabletop displays must be setup on March 3, and will be open March 6 and 7. Below are materials to help you prepare for your display and promote your involvement as a tabletop participant leading up to the event.

    Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, Feb 5 until Feb 23. The warehouse is open Mon-Fri between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm local time. Do NOT ship boxes directly to the hotel. All outbound freight will be handled directly from the show-site. Refer to the material handling form for charges for the service. All materials received by Freeman are subject to Material Handling charges and are the responsibility of the tabletop displayer. This also applies to items not ordered through the official event vendors.

Tabletop Display Package

The tabletop display package includes:

  • One 6’ L x 30” H skirted table with two chairs and a wastebasket
  • Registration for one company representative (promo code pending)
  • Listing in the Conference Program

Setup & Hours

Tabletop setup will be available on Sunday, March 3, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Tabletops must be ready for display by 5:30 pm on March 3. Tabletops must be dismantled by 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 5. Any tabletop exhibitor that does not have the booth set up before the start of the show, or tears down early will forfeit their right to a booth the following year.

All of the company’s materials must fit on the 6-foot table.

All Tabletop booth materials are the responsibility of the company and must be shipped to the attention of the company representative. Shipping information will be submitted to the exhibitors with confirmation of booth space.

Policies

Material Distribution Policy

We're excited to have you share information about your products and services at the BEC Conference. We understand the opportunity to share branded materials, marketing collateral and complimentary giveaways are an important part of a successful exhibit experience. However, we require that you do not actively distribute these materials beyond the parameters of your exhibit booth or beyond those who approach your booth. This policy helps ensure exhibitor benefits do not override those offered to official sponsors of the BEC Conference. Violations of this policy may incur additional fees.
 

Cancellation Policy   

All cancellations must be received in writing. Companies may receive a refund according to the following schedule:

  • Tabletop displays canceled on or before January 9, 2024, shall receive a full refund minus a $250 processing fee.
  • Tabletop displays canceled between January 10 - February 16, 2024, shall receive a 50% refund provided they have paid in full.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made after February 16, 2024.
  • All refunds will be processed in 30 business days.
