Jeff joined Advanced Auto Glass in May 1999 and became an NGA Certified Auto Glass Technician in 2000. Jeff also works at The University of Akron as a tutor for Spanish and Geology, and, will earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communications (Public Relations) and a minor in Spanish next year. Jeff is involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). He loves Major and Minor League Baseball and has still found time to operate a successful eBay business since 2003. Much of his free time is spent with his fiancée, Sarah. Their wedding is set for October 2009 in Akron.

Auto glass replacement is just one specialty for Kent Gines of Glass Doctor of St. George, Utah. A 17-year veteran of the glass services industry, Kent started in auto glass with Safelite AutoGlass, Nationwide, and Diamond. Since joining Glass Doctor four years ago, Kent broadened his horizons to become a full-service technician with the ability to replace IGUs, install heavy shower enclosures, and repair heavy equipment glass. Auto glass remains his first love, and when he’s not working with glass he’s working on restoring a 1973 Dodge Charger to original condition. Kent also enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, with another due in November. The NGA-certified auto glass technician is proud to represent small-town America and Glass Doctor in the Auto Glass Tech Olympics for the third time in the past four years.

Neil is a 10 year veteran auto glass technician and the operations manager for Window Welder in Jerome, Idaho. Neil is an NGA Master Certified Auto Glass Technician, a graduate of the NGA Auto Glass Technical Institute, and was a contestant in the 2007 Auto Glass Technician Olympics. Neil enjoys using the latest tools and technology and the challenges of working on new and difficult installs. Outside of work, Neil enjoys fishing, golf, and woodworking. Neil is a superb chef. He enjoys playing the piano and organ and volunteers his time playing at retirement homes. Neil resides in Twin Falls, Idaho with his wife, Liz.

Randy is an 18 year veteran auto glass technician. In addition to his NGA Master Auto Glass Technician Certification, Randy has completed the Performance Achievement Group and Carlite auto glass schools. Randy teaches courses on windshield installation and repair to technical school students and insurance professionals in his area. Randy has competed in the National Championships of the Amateur Trapshooting Association and the American Poolplayers Association. In 2007, his pool team, the “Big Dogs” were the Delaware State Champions. A native of Delaware, Randy and his wife, Chris, have three children.

Todd started in the auto glass industry 25 years ago and is a graduate of the Carlite Glass School and an NGA Master Certified Auto Glass Technician. He has been an auto glass technician trainer for 18 years. Todd joined Glass America three years ago and oversees their store operation in Beloit, Wisconsin. Todd feels the most unique part of his job is dealing with the different people he meets. Todd was born in and still resides in Southern Wisconsin with his wife of 20 years and their five daughters. A big change will take place in the Rennie household this year when his oldest daughter heads off to college. Todd is an avid outdoorsman. He hunts deer and fishes for walleye in Wisconsin and Michigan.

Mike is a 14 year veteran auto glass technician. He is an NGA Certified Auto Glass Technician and has completed Prostar’s 10 Star Technician Training Program. Also, Mike has assisted in the Prostar continuing education training on safe auto glass Installation for local insurance agents. Mike is highly active in his church and spends any free time working at his hobby of carpentry and home improvement. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family helping his wife, Stacy raise their two sons, Caleb and Noah.

Jeff has 22 years experience in installing, managing and training in the auto glass industry. He is an NGA Master Certified Auto Glass Technician. Jeff was the first U.S. Master Auto Glass Technician Champion (2006) and the first to represent the United States in the International Master Fitter (IMF) competition in Dusseldorf, Germany. Jeff was the 2006 IMF Bronze Medalist. Jeff was also the 2005 Auto Glass Technician Olympic Gold Medalist and the windshield repair silver medalist in 2006. Jeff is a member of the NGA Auto Glass Certification Committee. Jeff teaches auto glass Continuing Education classes to local insurance agents. Jeff and his wife, Maehing, have four children: Lauren 17, Leigh Anne 15, Matt 13 and Alisa 2 1/2 years old. The Olive family enjoys camping and taking advantage of the beautiful South Carolina Low Country via their boat.
